What movies/books/video games/etc. would be perfect to have an album based off of them? What genre would fit them? Fresh fom Reddit

Recently there was a Music post where you would "Name 4 bands you like, One that people have probably heard of, One that people might have heard of, One that people probably have never heard of, and One that you think no one has heard of". On on of those posts, I found the band Hoth. It's a melodic death/black metal band that takes it's themes from the Star Wars Universe, and does it so perfectly. Star Wars is a very dark franchise, has the perfect atmosphere for metal. Hoth in particular is an icy, no-mans land planet where Luke nearly freezes to death at the beginning of the movie.

With that in mind, what other entertainment franchises can you imagine being the basis for a metal album/band? Which genre would they fit into? Do you have any examples of bands already like this?
