How to transfer coaches from team to team Fresh fom Reddit

With all the coaching changes that're happening this offseason, is there an easy way to move a coach from one team to another in connected franchise? For example I play a the Bills, but I'd like to make Rex Ryan the coach. Is there a simple way to do that that I'm not seeing?
