The league is in its 2015 season. The rosters for these teams are going to be different due to this. Sometimes Colin Kaepernick will be the starting QB for the rams and sometimes Marshawn Lynch will be on the raiders. It just kind of happens.
You can look at the rosters of the teams at the Daddy Leagues page so you can figure out what you're getting your self into.

The Side Bar is also a great tool to use. It shows the gamertags and Reddit /U/sernames of the person controlling that team. Click on the "User" button on the season standings to go to the Reddit page of that user.
