Activision has lost the trademark related to the Tenchu franchise. Hopefully they'll lose Crash Bandicoot next but where nowhere near 2021 yet. Fresh fom Reddit

I really wish Activision would just sell Crash Bandicoot and then Sony could just buy the licence back as long as they offer a good affordable price to Sony for the Crash bandicoot property.
