I am going to start following Football closely this season but my problem is that, as a Canadian I'm not bound by my geographical proximity like most NFL fans so I don't have a favourite team yet.

I'm a diehard Leafs fan so I am looking for an NFL team that most closely resembles them. I am used to watching a team lose year after year so I'm looking for an NFL team that equally disappoints.

A storied, winning history forgotten by decades of losing is preferred but not required of this NFL franchise.
