[All Spoilers] What characters from both series could Kuvira not defeat in a fair fight? Fresh fom Reddit

I would say that Kuvira is the most tactical fighter in the entire franchise, and this has allowed her to dominate a large group of Earthbending bandits, defeat her previous mentor, and hold her own against a recovered Avatar (that battle was unfortunately interrupted). She's pretty powerful just as an Earthbender but also shows a great deal of raw skill with Metalbending, and she equips herself with a variety of weapons. She's not unlike Toph in terms of her patience in battle. But what are her limits? What characters would she struggle to defeat in particular?

I would use the ends of both series as skill reference points for main characters like Zuko and Bolin.

Let's say that the battlefield is the Crystal Catacombs from ATLA B2.
